How do I book?

On the booking page, choose the location, the treatment and your preferred day. Your message goes straight to the spa on WhatsApp. You can also call the spa if you prefer.

Why are prices not shown on the website?

Prices vary by location, day and the ritual you choose. The spa will send you current prices and availability on WhatsApp or by phone.

How long has Beatus Spa been open?

Since 2011. Our first spa was at List İstinye Suites in İstinye; today we run spas inside 10 hotels in Istanbul, Sapanca, Trabzon, Uzungöl and Ordu.

What are your opening hours?

Our locations are open every day; hours vary by location (for example 10:00–22:00 in Şişli, 07:00–23:00 in Trabzon) and are listed on each location’s page. All of them except Uzungöl are open all year. Our Uzungöl (Flora) spa is seasonal; please check with the spa when it is open. Hours may differ on public and religious holidays.

Can I visit if I am not staying at the hotel?

Yes. All our spas welcome visitors who are not staying at the hotel. For day access or membership for the pool and the gym, please ask the spa.

Where are your therapists from?

Our therapists come from Thailand and Bali, and bring their massage traditions and techniques with them.

Do you offer couples massages?

Yes. In our couples’ treatment rooms (for example at Euro Park and Radisson Blu Trabzon) we offer the Beatus Couples Massage, the Romantic Couples Massage and the Infinity Duet.

Do you have services for women only?

Yes. We offer massage, Turkish bath, sauna and steam room services especially for women. Our Euro Park spa has a section for women only, and Euro Park, Wanda Vista, Ramada Plaza, Wellwood Sapanca and Radisson Blu Trabzon have separate hammams for women and men; tell us your preference when you book.

Do you have a VIP room?

Yes. At our Radisson Hotel Harbiye spa, the VIP room has its own sauna, Turkish bath and jacuzzi, reserved entirely for you. Our Wellwood Sapanca, Radisson Blu Trabzon and Flora Uzungöl spas also have a VIP room; the one at Flora has a jacuzzi.

Do you provide robes, slippers and towels?

Yes. The spa provides a robe, slippers, towels and disposable underwear, as well as clothing for Thai massage.

Can I choose a female or male therapist?

Yes. Tell us whether you would prefer a female or male therapist when you book.

Do your staff speak English?

Yes. There are English-speaking staff at every location.
